An exhibition which explores the ways in which we occupy and perceive physical space that surrounds us, investigating, from a range of perspectives, the manner in which we shape our environment to reflect our physical nature and aspirations. The theme is landscape and the human figure.

Future Physical Seminar: Out of Place: The Virtual and the Physical

Co-produced by Future Physical and Bury St Edmunds Art Gallery, this lecture day is an exciting opportunity to debate seminar theme and see a demo by pioneering international artists Company in Space.

Company in Space will be discussing their creative practice in particular motion capture, reactive stages and web casting.

Speakers include Ghislaine Boddington (Future Physical/shinkansen), Helen Sky and John McCormick (Company in Space - Melbourne).
