DOCUMENTATION
PROCESS
Participants
consent to pooling ideas and information for educational and PR
purposes.
The
forms of documentation in use are live process writing, event reporting,
live recordings video and photographic documentation.
The
dissemination form during the project is the Future Physical web
site.
The dissemination forms post project include cdrom, presentations/lectures
and media PR.
Live
process writing
Points raised and articulated by the participants in working groups
are documented into flip charts during the process of debate. These
flip charts are then typed up, as they appear on the flip charts,
as group process notes and posted to the site during the project..
Summaries of this debate content are posted on the site after the
project.
Event
reporting
Most public presentations within the Future Physical programme are
reviewed to give virtual viewers a flavour of the nature and experience
of the work. Articles and reports are posted on the site during
the project.
Live
recordings
A selection of the public presentations are archived as webstreams
and/or recordings on the web site during the project with a specific
focus on the keynote speeches.
Video
documentation
All activities are video recorded to document the live experience.
Post project this material is edited into short movie clips for
web and cdrom outputs.
Photographic
documentation
All participants and activities are photographed and a selection
of images are posted on to the site during the project.. Post project
the photographs are used for print, media and CDrom outputs.
