Young
British choreographer Tom Sapsford
has been making dances for the last six years. He trained
at Royal Ballet School where he won prizes from Kenneth
Macmillan. He went on to join The Royal Ballet in 1993,
two years later Tom was awarded one of the first ever
Jerwood Foundation Young Choroegraphers’ Award.
His work has been presented – amongst others-
by The Royal Ballet and The Royal Opera House, The Fringe
Festival of Independent Dance Artists in Toronto and
Dance Umbrella.
Honey
Brothers
The Honey Brothers come from a background of film editing
and graphic design. They produced their first film in
1998 for onedotzero festival, ICA. Their personal films
have toured London, nationally and internationally.
They have collaborated with Tom Sapsford on Jordon Town
with composer Errollyn Wallen, tic(k) at the Royal Opera
House and have recently been working on a site-specific
film installation commissioned by London Open House
.
